Inside Sales Representative

The selected candidate will manage all inside sales activities, both inbound and outbound. This includes identifying potential leads, setting customer meetings, following up with potential clients, and keeping detailed records of all interactions. This is an office-based, heavy phone activity role.

To succeed in this role, the individual must maintain open communication with team members throughout the organization. This involves assessing resource requirements and collaborating effectively to maximize SiteForce capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
  • Communicate with customers, including making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads.
  • Comprehend the needs of customers and recognize potential sales opportunities.
  • Respond to potential customer inquiries and email them relevant information.
  • Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
  • Assist in explaining various products and services.
  • Effectively qualify and set meetings to meet the assigned sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED, College degree preferred but not required.
  • Valid Texas Driver’s License
  • 1-3 years previous B2B service sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Effective listener.
  • Must be dependable and a self-starter that practices active listening.
  • Understanding the sales process and what drives a client’s buying behavior.
  • Capable of using sales scripts and overcoming customer objections.
  • Makes effective use of available technologies and channels to support sales calls.
  • Deploys and uses approved Sales promotional materials and programs.
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable revenue and opportunity identification.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Mass E-Mail Marketing, and CRM technology.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
